Pocket of 20 short needles with a slightly rounded chas.
These sewing needles are ideal for the work of patchwork or tight fabrics. Half long needles are ideal for the quilting, technique associated with patchwork, they will facilitate you, among other things, the work of mattress.
The needle should not be long, because the technique is not the same as with a standard seam: we push the needle horizontal in the fabric by spacing the points very little. They are generally used on Baumwolle 100% patchwork, but can be used on all fabrics by adapting the needle number. They generally work with a quilter wire (more resistant than a traditional wire).
