For this Christmas edition, the BOHIN team offers you a snowy village. The beautiful facades of the village's Grand Place are whitewashed with a fluffy coat. This not-quite-asleep village is punctuated with fir trees and snowmen, all lit up by the full moon through the fluffy snowflakes. This very special full moon on Christmas night shines in an unprecedented way, everyone is impatiently waiting for Santa Claus to arrive. He is visibly approaching, carrying in his sleigh all the gifts chosen, expected and ordered!
This assortment was designed for the Universal Exhibition of 1900. Its objective was to demonstrate an exceptional stitching of very different needles in the same pouch. A feat at the time! The machine used to make this pouch is still visible in our manufacturing workshops. They are also open to the general public!
These needles are all different and the same care has been taken in their manufacture! Each needle plays on its expertise and its specificities. They are made of high quality nickel-plated steel, smooth and solid. Each in its particularities is a quality tool to allow you to achieve the most beautiful creations! To help you find your way around, the types and needle numbers are written inside. This also makes storage easier! In each category, the largest size has the smallest number and the finest has the largest number. You will realize that the tapestry range, embroidery with round point or without point, has different numbers from the others. This is because of the difference in its point and its eye, larger than embroidery needles with point.
