New skirt, new news, was it worth a blog article right? A little advice: stay until the end! I have a nice surprise for you at the end of the article!

Solicitations, emails of couture or other partnership requests, I receive every week ...! That's great, My small business develops and I spend a lot of time there.  

From time to exchange, to systematically respond to each request, each message here or elsewhere I try to be reactive each time. Even the most wacky requests I answer them, I find it very important. Just like I love when I am answered.

There are those with whom I exchange by phone, Instagram or only by email. The feeling counts for many and I very often offer a telephone exchange that I always find warmer!

And then there are the beautiful encounters. My Little Coupon is part of ! They are one of those who understood how it all worked, respect for our work, of our community. Obviously in exchange, easily and in a good mood! They quickly trusted me. I appreciate and adhere enormously to the way they exchange global with the Couture community, I find myself a lot!

The team therefore offered me in December to animate a live on their Instagram account in order to sew an outfit or other in one of their fabric, in the form of step or tutorial, And obviously I said yes! But you needed a nice project and not too long!

I am used to live now, I regularly animate: it is not an easy exercise, you have to know how to answer everyone's questions, not be too long, be able to structure the live without to lose ! You have to know how to explain the steps through this small phone screen, and at the same time knowing how to have a good time, with dynamism and clarity and knowing how to manage the hiccups, whether it is phone hiccups, machine problem, etc.

It's good I had everything guys, let me live my live quietly!

And opinion to the population: Live is clearly my favorite exercise: I am like a fish in the water! With me, I promise we don't fall asleep 

So I missed the sewing project: fairly quickly I decide to go on a super cannon model that pleases a lot, a skirt, but not just any: Justine skirt of Ready to sew ! A boss sold for € 2 of which all the benefits of sales are donated every month to an association! What motivated me even more! Bravo Raphaëlle!

The Live will last 1:30 maximum. To prepare for it, it is essential to:

 

• Cut its fabric parts: the skirt can sew short, Midi version (mid-mollet) or long as here, and is worn all year depending on the fabric chosen!
• Thermocolling the parts where the pattern indicates it
• Surfile the sides of the skirt parts only
• Provide her pimples and possibly piping for the belt and the pockets and all the haberdashery
• Prepare your sewing machine beforehand with the matching wire
• get an iron

 

In short, be ready to sew once the live is starting!

 

We will not be able to sew the skirt from A to Z, the idea is above all to evoke the big technical points together and to have a great time! (or the opposite But promised to advance at best!
